looking for email marketing sftware?
i’m looking for a email marketing software that does not have monthly fees but only need to be paid at once. It needs to have reporting system,such as, tracking of opens, clicks… etc
and if possible, i need to find a non-web-based one.

Here’s one that has a free version you could look at. I wrote my own. They are really easy to do if you know programming.
we use Volo and are very happy with them. I have tried Cypra Media in the past with mixed results
