Who do Icontact to file a complaint against a mortgage company and builder?

The builder is trying to say that I can not cancel my contract based on irregularities of their lender? The condo is not built and closing would not be until September or October. The way I was treated borders on discrimination.

There are regulations that protect CONSUMERS from bad lending practices by financial services companies.

You can start with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Prepare and send a Certified Letter through the US Post Office in your city. Keep records of all correspondence.

Is the Mortgage Company a subsidiary of another major company like a Bank?

You can address a complaint to the CEO or President. And you can do the same to the Mortgage Company President.

Get in touch with a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Consultant in your area and request the address and telephone number for the regulating agenecy in your area for your issue.

When you sign Loan Documents with a Lender all of these matters are disclosed as required by LAW to include the address and telephone numbers.

A Title Company can also provide you with resources or you can visit or .,com for more addtional help.

This is terrible news for you and I sincerly hope you get it resoved to your satisfaction, you deserve it!

    GOOD LUCK! :-)
